Falklands Island GB?

Postby harvs73 » Sat Aug 24, 2013 5:48 pm

Ok, there has been a request for a Falklands GB, how many are interested?

If there is enough interest I would like suggestions on dates, any limitations and preferably a moderator who would be happy to run it. If you wish to be a moderator I will give you moderator access to the specific GB forum for the duration.

I could be convinced to do a Harrier for this.

I'm in boots and all David 8-) As for dates, is it possible to just have an open GB as I have about 20 aircraft to do and that certainly won't happen overnight. I'll chuck my hand up to be a mod if no one else wants it. BTW what is a mod supposed to do in a GB anyway? :?
Brother: Do you really need that many Phantoms?
Me: Don't make me kick you outta the shed for asking dumb questions
Brother: But are you gonna build all these models?
Me: Yeah of course I am. Now get outta my shed

Hi David,

I may be able to do something, but i do like Pauls idea of an ongoing group build, as my priority lays with another commitment. I have a couple of Falklands Harriers in the stash, and Blackdog are releasing a couple of new 1/35 Falklands War Marines that would be nice to have a go at for this.

My efforts for the last group build i tried totally fell flat :|
