Instruction Sheet

Box, Parts, Instructions and Decals (just zip bagged so I dont lose parts.)

Parts overlayed onto 1/144 scale plans

Parts look good and main parts fit together nicely. Pilot and Navigator are included in the kit which are very good for the scale but the rest of the parts have very primitive detailing with no wing sweep mechanism and panel lines are very faint to non existant. The clear canopy is a wierd shape (bit square) and fits well.
Looks to have been based on pre production plans with pre production tail plane. Decals are generic USAF markings and what looks like a set of naval intake markings.

As for scale of the kit as you can see it fits closer to the scale of 1/144 than 1/135 from the top but some work needs to be done to get the right nose profile, length of fuselage needs to be adjusted to suit exhaust nozzle positioning as well as depth of the fuselage.

Would be a very easy kit to build with minimal parts and wouldn't look too bad with aftermarket decals next to a 1/144 RAAF Canberra or Super Hornet.
