1/48 Westland Wapiti

Being another of those obscure RAAF aircraft of the Golden Era of Aviation who would be interested in building one of these?

This aircraft will possibly be produced in 48th scale depending on the amount of interest it creates. The model on shown above is well below production standard. Changes will involve a total rework including improved surface details, armament, a larger prop and of course, decals.

Depending on price and as long as it is 48 scale, I'd be interested.
Cheers,

Did the Wapiti ever serve in the RAAF in a scheme other than silver dope? I do have a faint memory of seeing pics camo Wapitis, but they may have been mid East based RAF aircraft.

I suppose the real question is what are the scheme choices for a RAAF Wapiti?
