All over Dark Green with Hi-vis National Markings. This aircraft together with A4-173 were the first two RAAF Caribous to enter Vietnam as part of the RTFV (RAAF Transport Flight Vietnam) during the Vietnam conflict. Originally based out of Butterworth, they were also the last two out Caribous out of Vietnam where they were nicknamed 'Wallaby Airlines'. Prior to return to Butterworth the majority of Caribous were painted in this scheme. Later they received the orange, white and black Wallaby adorned on the tail.


Hobby Craft 1/72 DHC-4 Caribou with scratch built cockpit utilising Uncle Les' resin seats, scratch built vents from plastic card and fuse wire, pitots from fuse wire. Painted in Model Master Dk Green 34079 with Revell Anthracite 9 for anti glare panel. Decals from kit with some spares for extra detail.
